  • Can I charge my purchase to my student account?

    Yes! Every student and staff member has a charge account when shopping in the Collegiate Corner. The charge will be placed on your monthly Norfolk Collegiate tuition bill.

    When shopping the online store, credit cards are the accepted payment.
  • Do you take cash or check?

    No. We allow students, parents and faculty to charge to their student and faculty accounts when shopping in the store.

  • Will I be notified when my order is ready for pick-up?

    Yes! You will receive an email  notifying you that your order is ready. If you have a student attending or are a faculty member, we will send the order home. If you are an alum or friend of Collegiate, we will arrange for you to pick-up your purchase from the Business Office.
  • How do I get my order?

    We are currently offering pick-up and ship-to options. If you have a student at the school, we will send the order home with your student when it is ready.  If you are a faculty member, we will deliver it to you.
    If you are an alum or friend of Collegiate, you may pick-up the order through the Business Office at the Granby Street location. Simply come to the administrative entrance near the Scribner Belltower and ring the intercom button. Someone will come and assist you.

  • What if I order something and it's no longer available?

    If you have placed an order and the item has become unavailable, we will notify you and a refund will be applied to your payment method.
  • May I return or exchange an item that I have purchased?

    Yes! If you are not satisfied with an item or ordered the wrong size, you may return it. Please email Stacy Nixon at snixon@norfolkcollegiate.org, and let her know if you are returning for a refund or would like to exchange the item for a different size.  All returned items must be in new condition and have the original tags on the item.
